Terms and Conditions for Chanelle Intimate Coach

By accessing or using the services provided by Chanelle Intimate Coach, you ("Client," "User," or "You") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

1. Services Provided and Scope of Practice

1.1 Services: Chanelle Intimate Coach provides specialized coaching services focused on intimacy, relationships, sexuality, self-love, and purpose alignment. This includes, but is not limited to: one-on-one private coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, and online courses/digital products.

1.2 Coaching Scope: You understand and agree that the services provided are for educational, informational, and self-development purposes only. Coaching is a supportive, advisory relationship focused on the present and future.

1.3 Disclaimer (Not Medical or Mental Health Advice): Chanelle Intimate Coach is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, medical doctor, or clinical professional. Coaching services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, psychological counseling, therapy, or clinical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, acute trauma, or require clinical intervention, please seek immediate assistance from a qualified licensed professional.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Accuracy and Engagement: As a Client, you are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during coaching sessions and engagement. You agree to actively participate and take responsibility for your own results, decisions, and integration of the material.

2.2 Well-being and Professionalism: You are responsible for your own emotional, physical, and mental well-being throughout the coaching engagement and should seek external medical or professional help if needed. You agree to treat your Coach and fellow participants (in group settings) with respect, professionalism, and integrity.

3. Financial Terms: Payment and Refunds

3.1 Payment Policy: Payment for all coaching services, workshops, and digital products is due in full prior to the start of the session, course, or service, unless an alternative payment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing (via a separate Client Agreement). Chanelle Intimate Coach accepts payment via credit card, PayPal, or other methods specified at the time of enrollment.

3.2 Refund Policy: Due to the specialized nature of the content and the reservation of the Coach's time, all fees and payments are non-refundable. Refunds are not provided, except in highly exceptional circumstances deemed necessary at the sole discretion of Chanelle Intimate Coach.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your private coaching session, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice (increased from 24 hours to match industry standards and your other program agreements).

4.2 Forfeiture: If you fail to provide sufficient (48 hours) notice, you will forfeit the session, and the fee for that session will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4.3 Group/Course Cancellation: Group coaching sessions, workshops, and online courses are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled once the program has commenced.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

5.1 Coach Commitment: Chanelle Intimate Coach will keep all client information strictly confidential, including personal information, coaching content, shared intimate details, and any other information related to the coaching relationship, except: a) As required by law (e.g., court order or subpoena). b) If the Coach reasonably believes there is an imminent threat of harm to the Client or identifiable others. c) As authorized by the Client in writing (e.g., for testimonials).

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, processes, and methodologies provided by Chanelle Intimate Coach, including but not limited to online courses, workshops, coaching materials, guides, and digital products, are the proprietary intellectual property of Chanelle Intimate Coach and are protected by copyright.

You agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, share, or exploit any materials provided by Chanelle Intimate Coach for commercial use or with third parties without prior express written consent.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama, USA, where Chanelle Intimate Coach is primarily located. By using Chanelle Intimate Coach's services, you irrevocably agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alabama for the resolution of any disputes.
