Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: What does "Intimate Coach" mean, and how is it different from therapy?
A: An Intimate Coach focuses on action and integration in the present and future. While we acknowledge past experiences, our work is centered on building practical skills in boundaries, communication, pleasure, and purpose alignment. Therapy focuses primarily on diagnosis and healing deep psychological wounds. We recommend clients have or seek therapy if they are dealing with acute trauma or mental health crises.
Q: Why do you focus on Black women's sexuality and self-love?
A: Our work is culturally resonant and trauma-informed. We specifically address the unique systemic and cultural stressors, historical pressures, and expectations that often compromise a Black woman's right to pleasure, peace, and unreserved self-love. This focus allows for deeper, more meaningful transformation.
Q: What is "Wholeness," and what does it mean to be "Aligned"?
A: Wholeness means living fully integrated—not fragmented. It means your outer actions align with your inner truth. Alignment means your sexuality, self-love, and intimate relationships serve as the fuel for your larger life purpose and mission, rather than being a source of drain or conflict.
Coaching Programs & Process
Q: How do I know which program is right for me?
A: Start with the pain point:
If you need foundational boundary skills and emotional repair, consider The Sentinel's Shield or The Emotional Sentinel (for men).
If you need to heal shame and reconnect with your body/pleasure, consider Erotic Alchemist or The Erotic Rebuilder (for men).
If you need comprehensive, sustained transformation across all life areas, start with the Aligned Woman Blueprint or The Purpose Aligner (for men).
The best first step is to Book a Discovery Call so we can map your journey together.
Q: What happens in a Discovery Call?
A: This is a zero-pressure, 30-minute alignment session. We listen to your current challenges (boundaries, relationships, purpose drain) and clarify your vision for wholeness. We then determine which of our trauma-informed programs or resources is the most direct, supportive path for you.
Q: Do you coach couples?
A: Yes, we offer the Shared Blueprint: Partnership Alignment Immersion program, which is specifically designed for committed couples seeking to heal conflict cycles, deepen intimacy, and align their relationship with a shared purpose.
Logistics & Investment
Q: What is the typical investment for your one-on-one coaching?
A: Our comprehensive transformation programs (3 to 6 months) are premium, high-touch investments and typically range from $3,000 to $7,500 USD, depending on the duration and level of support (Voxer access, custom tools). We offer payment plans to make this life-changing work accessible.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Due to the comprehensive nature of our programs, the personalized resources, and the immediate commitment of time and scheduling, all payments are non-refundable. This policy supports both the client's commitment to the deep work and the Coach's dedicated time.
Q: Where do the sessions take place?
A: All coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom or Google Meet, allowing you to attend from the privacy and comfort of your own home, regardless of your location.
Safety & Ethics
Q: How do you ensure your coaching is trauma-informed?
A: This means we prioritize safety, client consent, transparency, and collaboration. We move at your pace, recognize the impact of systemic trauma, and ensure you always have autonomy over what you share. We use grounding and embodiment practices to stabilize the nervous system during emotional exploration.
Q: What if I have a history of trauma?
A: We strongly encourage anyone with active, unmanaged trauma or severe mental health conditions to be working with a licensed therapist or psychologist concurrently. Coaching is an excellent complementary tool, but it is not a replacement for clinical care. We will discuss your current support system in the Intake Form and during the Discovery Call to ensure your safety.
